Tessa's Take

Hey Everyone!!! Tonight was another awesome edition of....THE AUDIO UNION!!! We had a great lineup tonight starting with Nikita Mortenwold! She is a lovely girl from the UK with an awesome accent and an even better singing voice! She did covers from several genres and ended with a personal favorite of mine from Pink! I loved her set and look forward to catching a show soon! She was followed by my good friend and amazing SL/RL performer...Porter Paquot! I have mentioned her before...she always delivers a great set full of fun, and vocals that could blow your mind! Sorry, but 15 minutes is just never enough of Porter! Following Miss Paquot a brand spanking new musician took the SL stage! His name is Joel Eilde also known as Dragonfly... His set started dark and he blew up the stream with his hard rock and killer voice! I was ready to hit the dance floor and make it my own...seriously, it was a great new sound to hit SL! I am totally looking forward to a full set and so should you! We waved goodbye to Joel and welcomed another SL favorite of mine, Stratus Mactavish. His strong acoustic skills and sweet voice filled TAU with the sounds of Jason Mraz and the like...he guided us into a sweet and sexy mood, perfect for an SL night of romance....ahem...Finally we met the last performer of the evening, LoneWolf55 Genesis. I don't know about you, but I have been seeing his name all over the grid lately! He gave us his own style of music, doing some old time faves and some new ones with a twist thats all his own! the night rocked, we had a great turn out! Check these fab people out! Let me know what ya think!!! Thank you for peeking at Tessa's Take....until next time...Tessa1 Beck

Tessa's Take

Hi SL Music Lovers! We had a great session of TAU tonight! First up, BGSinger Hermit. He did a great rendition of Pretty Woman followed by some cool covers that showed his versatility perfectly! We all enjoyed his set and look forward to catching him again soon. Our next performer was unfortunately unable to make it, but luckily, Chris Evermore was in the audience and more than happy to step in for us! He was awesome, as usual, providing us with 15 minutes of pure aural pleasure! A special thank you to Chris for that last minute rescue! Following Chris, Rapture Damone took the stage and dare I say with force! She sang some of my favorite songs and the audience just couldn't get enough of her! I plan to catch a full set of hers very, very soon! Bosco Constantine was waiting in the wings for his set and wow, all I can say is...what a fun show he puts on! He steers clear of the usual covers and provides a unique and entertaining experience for all! It was a shame he only had 15 minutes, but that just means we will have to seek him out to catch a full set! Last on the roster, Zerbie Magic. I have had the pleasure of hearing her before and it is ALWAYS a treat. I am particularly fond of her originals. Her smoky voice filled the TAU stage and made a perfect ending to a really wonderful Audio Union! Thank you for peeking at Tessa's Take....until next time...Tessa1 Beck

Tessa's Take

Hi and Happy Hump Day! I have been really busy this past week, sorry about that. Yesterday was an Audio Union day. We had an afternoon lineup, so let's get right into it! Phoenix Gerhadsen opened for us with some beautiful sweet songs. Phoenix has been to TAU before and did a great job entertaining us! Next up was Rage Citron. Wow does this guy have an act! Think Manson, but with heart....I think everyone was stunned, the original music was great and I hope you get a chance to catch him for some darker style fun. SL was acting up and our next performer, Gabryel Nyoki was unable to log in, however, true to form, Gab didn't disappoint. We plugged in his stream and he rocked us out with both the piano and guitar! It was awesome! When he was done, Dee Heslop took the stage to finish off the awesome set. She was great, giving us some really awesome acoustic work and some great vocals too! A huge thanks to all the performers and to the venue owners and booking agents that make TAU so great! Tessa's Take

It's Tuesday and that meant a TAU day! We had a great lineup this week! First up was Phoenix Gerhadsen. She had some technical issues at first but when she finally got rolling she was awesome! She did some great songs, check her out asap! Next up was Automatic Quandry. He has been to TAU before and it's always a great listen. He rocked us with some awesome originals tonight! Wooot I suggest finding a show of his soon. Following Automatic was Paulette Oldrich. She took over the stream smoothly and provided us with some cool tunes, her deep voice and fun style made for a nice 15 minutes! OnlyHalfCrazy Gumbo took the stage next. I had heard her, oh gosh over a year ago and wow she has really improved! her final song, Somewhere Over The Rainbow was awesome! the TAU stage was next graced by MommaLuv Skytower. She was really cool, with her innovative approach and beautiful voice. I think my next show search will include catching a full set of MommaLuv's. Last but not least we had ApeFace Mefusula. He was all decked out in a cool costume with lights shooting from his guitar. He put on a killer 15 minutes, really working the crowd up! When it was over everyone kind of just stood around...waiting....it was cool! Thanks everyone for the awesome turnout, hope to see ya all again soon!Thank you for peeking at Tessa's Take....until next time...Tessa1 Beck

Tessa's Take

Happy Tuesday People! Today was an afternoon TAU day! We had an awesome lineup so let's just dive right in! First up was Adrienne Deezul, an incredible musician from New Zealand currently living in Germany. Adrienne has a very dark style, with awesome power in her voice. She does mainly originals but has been known to belt out a cover or two as well. Her 15 minutes were gritty and hot! Thanks Adrienne! Next up we had Gabryel Nyoki. If you have not heard him yet, get out there and find a show now! His gorgeous voice and excellent musical ability filled the air. Everyone was thrilled with his performance and sad to see his 15 minutes end. Last not but least was ColeMarie Soleil. Her hauntingly beautiful voice and equally beautiful song choices caught the audience off guard. Her unique style and obvious talent made for a perfect end to another great TAU day.
